Whilst Fastalloys Ltd do supply clients in many other industries, we believe that we are currently the only supplier in the world to offer a totally specialised service to the gasket manufacturing industry. As our website shows, we carry in stock all of the grades of Stainless Steel/ super alloys strip, sheet and coil generally used in the manufacture of spiral and jacketed gaskets. This stock also includes soft iron sheet. Uniquely Fastalloys Ltd laser cut sheet and slit coil in house.

Consequently, we are able to offer the following products and services especially for the gasket producing industry:

Laser/Water jet cut rings, one piece or welded construction in stainless/carbon steel, soft iron and nickel alloys, Titanium.
Over 200 Tonnes of sheet stock in soft iron, stainless steel and Superalloys.
Large amount of Superalloy sheet off cuts including 3mm, 0.45mm and 5mm.
Hot Rolled Stainless/ carbon steel and nickel alloy flat bars in lengths or coil in 3mm thickness .Slit to standard Flat Bar widths. Ranging down to 8mm from 1524mm.

 

Full machining services available to Gasket Manufacturers. Cam Profiles, Lip Seals, Ring Joints and full Face Rings.
Bevel edge 3mm thick stainless steel in coil or flat bars.
We are working towards keeping a sheet stock range in F5.
Testing of metals to give a full chemical and mechanical analysis on unknown materials.

*We expect to be able to offer a wide range of forgings from stock for ring joint manufacture, in both Stainless and Superalloys towards the end of 2007. It is our intention that our range will be as comprehensive as possible, and highly competitive.
