As our website shows, we carry in stock all of the grades of Stainless Steel/ super alloys strip, sheet and coil generally used in the manufacture of spiral and jacketed gaskets. This stock also includes soft iron sheet. Uniquely Fastalloys laser cut sheet and slit coil in house.

Consequently, we are able to offer the following products and services especially for the gasket producing industry:

 

Laser/Water jet cut rings, one piece or welded construction in stainless/carbon steel, soft iron and nickel alloys, Titanium.
Over 200 Tonnes of sheet stock in soft iron, stainless steel and Superalloys.
Large amount of Superalloy sheet off cuts including 3mm, 0.45mm and 5mm.
Hot Rolled Stainless/ carbon steel and nickel alloy flat bars in lengths or coil in 3mm thickness .Slit to standard Flat Bar widths. Ranging down to 8mm from 1524mm.
Full machining services available to Gasket Manufacturers. Cam Profiles, Lip Seals, Ring Joints and full Face Rings.
Bevel edge 3mm thick stainless steel in coil or flat bars.
We are working towards keeping a sheet stock range in F5.
Testing of metals to give a full chemical and mechanical analysis on unknown materials.

*We expect to be able to offer a wide range of forgings from stock for ring joint manufacture, in both Stainless and Superalloys towards the end of 2007. It is our intention that our range will be as comprehensive as possible, and highly competitive.

Our stock, held both at our UK producing facility and ‘on the floor’ at our producing mills enables us to offer our services to clients with both large and small requirements. We offer materials either slit to you exact production width or full mill width which is in many cases over 1000mm wide. In addition to our listed materials we offer both plate and bar stock for the production of disc carriers in all of the above materials. Where required we are happy to machine the finished disc carriers.

 

By combining Superalloy stock with stainless steel stock in both coil and Sheet Fastalloys are providing a one stop shop for the whole Bursting Disc manufacturing industry. Coil Sizes 1000mm, 1250mm, 1500mm.
Coil Thickness 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm.

Sheet Sizes 2500 x 1250 and 3000 x 1500mm
Sheet Thicknesses 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm.

We keep large quantities of 1.5mm and 2mm particularly in Grades 321 and 316L.

Coil Details Sheet Details Up to 1000mm wide 2000 x 1000, 2500 x 1250, 3000 x 1500mm. Thicknesses 0.4mm up to 3.0mm. Most orders for our Expansion Bellow customers can be packed and shipped same day as order.

 

Bulk Stainless Steel Supply

Fastalloys are now supplying bulk Stainless Steel Sheet and Coil to large end user customers/ other stockholders in both the UK and Western Europe.

By supplying 1 Tonne minimum packs, we are able to offer extremely competitive prices.

All stock items can be either collected or shipped same day as order.
Our Stock range includes: 316, 316L, 304, 304L, 321, 316Ti, 347, 904L, 317L, 253 MA, 254 smo, Duplex, Super Duplex and F5.

Sheet Size Range 2000 x 1000 up to 6000 x 2000 depending on thickness. Thickness Range 0.3mm up to 10mm.

Stainless Coil Width Size Range  1000mm, 1250mm, 1525mm                
Stainless Coil Thickness Range 0.05mm up to 5mm
