Currently most of our customers work in the oil and petrochemical industry, quite often supplying components or assemblies to many of the world’s oil and petrochemical producers.

We understand the extremely demanding requirements of these and similar industries, we face these demands head on.

To reflect our commitment to our customers we provide a 24-7 365 day a year response service.

 

To provide a credible breakdown service the following are prerequisites:

a / Totally committed staff and management.
b / Infrastructure, determination and know how to ensure it happens.
c / The required specialist material in stock.
d / In house engineering and machinery capabilities.

Fastalloys Ltd have all four; our strategy is to provide levels of service that our competitors cannot match.

Your call will be responded to 24-7. Whilst midnight callouts occur quite rarely, maybe only twice a month, we receive many requests for material in an afternoon with our customer needing us to produce and despatch the item the same day/night.

If the material is in stock, should we be required, we will work to completion and deliver the material non stop to UK destination.

For overseas clients we will work to produce as much product as possible and drop the item at TNT /UPS as late as allowed, in order for it to catch the first available flight. Our standard day to day service entirely reflects the requirements of you, our customer. It is, of course, this service that we believe separates Fastalloys Ltd from our competitors and it won us a Queens Award in 2006.

Special Services

At Fastalloys Ltd we recognise the degree of flexibility required by many companies to deliver the high levels of service demanded by industry .

Consequently, we offer:

1. Material call off
Fastalloys Ltd are happy to provide a call off service to customers’ requirements, over an agreed period of time, with no minimum on the total or call off quantities.

 

 

2. Term Contract
We offer a variety of contractual agreements, reflecting individual customers’ requirements. The types of benefits to be gained are:

a) Fixed price over an extended period
b) Guaranteed materials availability.
c) 24 hour 365 day a year response for all contract customers.

 

3. Consignment Stock

We are pleased to offer this service to all of our customers both UK and Overseas. This service enables us to avoid any possibility of stock outs on crucial items.
